**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Oversee employee relations, including resolving issues and managing performance evaluations
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage the administration of benefits programs, including FMLA and other leave programs
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency
- Present HR metrics and reports to senior leadership
**Experience:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven 3 years experience in HumanResources or similar executive role
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as recruiting, HR sourcing, and process improvement
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing HR team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
**Requirements**
- 3 years experience in Human Resources
- Willing to travel out of state
-Valid Drivers License
