Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic goals and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data and generate reports as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Skills:
- Proven experience in HR management roles with a focus on administrative tasks
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Kronos, Taleo, iCIMS, or Workday
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Proficient in talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
