Holland & Sherry in search of an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team in New York. This is a full-time in-person position based in NYC. You will be working out of our New York showroom in the Decoration & Design Building from Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM.Our new team member must be personable, highly motivated, and capable of working efficiently on an individual and group level. Our company is rapidly expanding; creating exciting new opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities• Development of thorough industry and product knowledge• Driving of sales by presenting Holland & Sherry and represented lines to design industry professionals both inside and outside of the showroom.
• Research and establishment of new client relationships as well as cultivation of existing client relationships
• Routine review of target client lists and practice of sales strategies including regular outreach to clients in order to secure presentations
• Prompt follow up on all client inquiries
• Correspondence with our customer service team and product managersJob Requirements• A positive, can-do attitude
• Eagerness to learn and share with others
• A respectful, punctual and personable nature
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and a willingness to learn necessary CRM systems specific to Holland & Sherry
• 2-4 years of interior design or related industry experience
• Showroom experience requiredSalary is $60,000-75,000 annually plus commission.
