Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. This is a vital role in providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions and ensure accuracy
- Verify and balance entries, including room charges, taxes, and other fees
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations for management
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with guest services, including answering phone calls and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain security by monitoring access to the hotel and ensuring the safety of guests and staff
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure efficient operations during the overnight shift

Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset for interacting with diverse guests
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
