The Tru by Hilton / Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport is looking for outgoing and professional Night Auditors. This brand new Dual-Brand hotel opened July 2020 and has 219 guestrooms featuring essential business amenities including Hilton’s four-zone lobby with work spaces, in-room entertainment, a 24/7 market, Meeting Room, 24/7 Airport Shuttle, and a modern fitness center.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday nights.
- Shift Information: 11:00pm - 7:00am (We are open to 9 or 10 hour shifts)
- 3:00pm-11:00pm Shifts Available as well!

The Night Auditors are members of the Front Office team. Responsibilities include: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. As part of this job, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges; stand for long periods of time; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed is a must.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for: handling guest registration and room assignments, accommodating special requests whenever possible; handling guest check-ins/check-outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in a efficient and friendly manner; resolving customer complaints; assisting customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, check cashing, safety boxes, etc.; canceling room reservations according to procedures; and any other duties, as assigned.
