We are a consulting firm based in Tampa, Florida that excels in providing exceptional customer service and sales support for our Telecommunications Client. Our main objective is to grow and develop new and existing business opportunities for our clients by providing a Telecommunications Sales team that is able to communicate with customers, build relationships, overturn objections, and convert business. Now due to recent growth opportunities in Tampa and the Southwest, we are now looking to expand our Telecommunications Sales team! We are seeking a forward-thinking, communication expert to fill our Telecommunications Sales Representative position.

Telecommunications Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Utilize a lead list and speak with eligible customers to educate and inform them of effective telecommunications solutions
• Train one-on-one with the Client Account Manager to fully comprehend our consumer support and outreach standards and expectations, compliance policies, and the enrollment process
• Build long-lasting relationships with consumers that emphasize brand loyalty and provide them with essential communication tools
• Keep detailed records of all consumer interactions and follow all privacy requirements
• Attend daily team meetings and actively contribute ideas on how to improve company processes and interactions with consumers

Telecommunications Sales Representative Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or another related field is preferred, but not required
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer or client-facing position that involves customer service, customer support, or sales in some capacity
• Must be genuinely excited to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Patient demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset and effective follow-through
• Someone with a competitive spirit to be able to contribute to our team environment
• An individual who is looking to step outside of their comfort zone, grow in a new opportunity and is driven to succeed

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
