Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through effective marketing strategies and client relationship management. Link Management will also be offering internal cross training to certain employees who are looking to develop more training and team leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and promotional event branding
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads and sales progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex technology products
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- A proven and tested level of personal resilience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles
