This is a hybrid role with external marketing efforts combined with in office assistance as needed. We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset that is comfortable adapting to new challenges as needed for a quickly growing company!

External marketing responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies with our Clinic Director to promote our services to the Tampa Bay area
• Identify potential wellness partnerships in various business categories to establish referral relationships
• Set up speaking engagements for the clinic director monthly to provide educational opportunities for patient acquisition.
• Organize participation in marketing events quarterly.
• Engage in daily B to B marketing as a representative of MVMT Health to share information with various business about our services.

In office responsibilities

• Schedule new patient leads into the EMR and assist with various call and follow up needs for new and established patients
• Complete new patient confirmation calls and assist with paperwork and concierge style in office greetings.
• Follow up on leads from events and talks to drive new patients onto the schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,991.00 - $62,467.00 per year
