### Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of specific client projects, managing a team of associates, and ensuring efficient and accurate performance metrics and company culture.

### Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of brand ambassadors; including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations
- Oversee the daily production of lead generation and client referrals
- Ensure accurate KPI reporting
- Maintain team and office culture to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate best practices and utilization of skills
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Monitor productivity levels and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll processing and employee scheduling

### Skills:

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in retail sales or store management is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience conducting employee orientations and providing training is a plus
