Essential Duties
- Supports company operations by maintaining customer base.
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and department heads.
- Keep abreast of best practices, standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Provide customer service excellence with each and every call.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units, continuously improve through feedback.
- Prioritize and organize sale calls according.
- Providing customers with pricing information and respond to any queries they may have.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to read and write in English
