Job Description: Customer Service Representative TSCU’s Customer Service Representative executes sales order processing from receipt to product delivery. The position is based at our Alpharetta, Georgia office and will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (part of week in office, part remote).

Job Requirements

1. Responsible for daily customer service functions including receiving customer orders, ensuring all information associated with the orders are correct, confirmation of orders to customers and processing orders.

2. Provides information concerning pricing, shipping documentation, change in services, product availability and shipping.

3. Increases customer intimacy, exceeds customer expectations, and optimizes the ease of doing business with the company.

4. Communicates with customers by phone and email to ensure the best service possible building rapport with customers and suppliers.

5. Works proactively to inform the customer of changes to order or delivery that impact the customer.

6. Coordinates with logistics to ensure cost effective, on-time delivery of products that meet or exceed the customer’s needs.

7. Works independently within the established framework. Should be goal oriented with a desire to exceed individual and company goals.

8. Maintains a complete and detailed history file for each order.

9. Provides direct and timely support in a professional and personalized manner to our sales staff

10. Performs other duties as required – working in a small office environment.
