SUMMARYAs a LoadUp Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first contact point for our Loader teams and consumers. You will provide a customer-centric experience through phone calls, texts, chats, and emails. People who choose this position are effective communicators, creatively helpful, able to perform well in complex situations, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive under pressure.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of call center customer service experience
  • Ability to work at night and on the weekends
  • Problem-solving ability; creative thinking
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Personable; positive attitude; fun to be around; collaborative spirit
  • Results driven
  • Ability to commute to the Alpharetta, GA office for monthly Team meetings

SALARY AND BONUS POTENTIAL

  • $40,000.00 Annual Gross Salary
  • $500 Monthly Performance Bonus at 100% of target
