Description:

Call Center Environment

• Handle finance loans, service auto loans, and speak to customers and insurance companies.
• Customers who reach out could want to know their balance, want to make a payment, or know their statement information. Questions could be about titles, claims, and total loss.
• Calls per day range from 40-60 calls per day.
• KPIs - they look at abandon call rate, Call Wrap time (needs to be under a minute and 15 seconds avg). And Quality Assurance They grade 15 calls each month - need to see a 92% quality average.
