THE ROLE

The Enterprise Account Executive is tasked with cultivating a new business pipeline and promoting our software solutions to potential customers in a vast multi-state territory in the USA. You will engage in qualifying phone calls with decision-makers, deliver presentations and product demonstrations, implement a sales strategy, and successfully close deals. Regular communication with healthcare providers and executive is a key aspect of the role, aiming to comprehend their needs and articulate how the company can offer a viable solution. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in implementing and refining a sales process to optimize pipeline opportunities and surpass sales targets.

This role is hybrid and requires in-office presence 3 days a week at the headquarters in Chicago, IL. You must be within commuting distance of this office location.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Establish and cultivate a strong sales pipeline encompassing hospitals, physician practices, and ambulatory surgery centers within the designated geographic territory

  • Leverage advanced knowledge of service offerings and a deep understanding of the client's business to effectively showcase the capabilities of the company

  • Establish and sustain partnership with decision-makers and key stakeholders within client organizations 

  • Take the lead in negotiations and navigate intricate decision-making processes to ssecure new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Solutions Consultant, and Revenue Operations to consistently enhance and optimize sales strategy and processes

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university

  • 5 years of prior experience in enterprise software sales

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

  • Health-tech industry experience 

  • Ability to travel at least 25% annually
