HireQuest Direct is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Orlando, FL
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Primary Purpose: To follow military guidelines and complete all aspects with accuracy to enhance excellent customer service. As well as to facilitate the processing of orders, enhance communication with our Customers, Sales, and our Operations Department.
Areas of Responsibility
Military Complete Move Management:
- Accept new shipments from Corporate Office, register/validate order in application
- Contact members prior to the move to confirm all information is accurate
- If estimated weight is 3000# or less conduct a phone survey with the member, if the estimated weight is 4000# or more set up an onsite survey
- Stay in contact with local TMO to set up any third party or accessorial services
- Resolve any issues that may arise prior, during, or after the move
- Update Move Scout with weights/pack count after phone/onsite survey have been done
- Prepare packer and driver paperwork
- Distribute paperwork per distribution instructions after auditing for accuracy
Consumer Complete Move Management: Local, Intra, Interstate:
- Register new shipments in Allied and Move Scout
- Verify all paperwork is correct
- Signed Paperwork
- Load and Delivery Spreads
- Verify all paperwork is correct
- Indicate any special instructions/accessorials in application
- Shuttles
- Local pick ups
- 3rd party: Crates
- Schedule any 3rd party needed
- Intro Call
- Email Intro Letter
· Confirm Move Details:
Dates, Pricing, Payment, Contact Information
· Maintain application updated with all pertinent information/notes with conversations with the shipper, office, drivers, Operations
· Maintain communication with the customer throughout entire move process.
· Setup Files
· Packer and driver paperwork with the goal of having at least one week in advance completed
- 24 hour pre call for packing, loading, delivery
- Check in with shipper on day of packing, loading, delivery
- Process credit card payments
General Office Responsibilities

- Ballpark Quotes
- Assist in areas as directed or needed
