Must-Haves:
· Bachelor of Science degree.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources within a hospital setting (5 years preferred).
· In-depth knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations related to Human Resources, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Affirmative Action, ADA, and FMLA.
· Experience in a hospital setting with comprehensive knowledge of HR regulations (5 years preferred).
Nice-to-Haves:

· Seven to ten years of experience in the Human Resources field.

Job Description:
As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within our hospital setting, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your role will include managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and developing HR policies and procedures. You will work closely with hospital leadership to support organizational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with hospital standards and legal requirements.
· Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
· Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
· Ensure compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA, and other relevant regulations.
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hospital goals.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
· Conduct training sessions on HR policies, employee development, and compliance issues.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science degree is required.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources within a hospital setting, with 5 years preferred.
· Extensive knowledge of relevant HR regulations (Title VII, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA).
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
