We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Advisor.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Advisor (HR Advisor) role is responsible for Tier 2 level inquiries and support requests to include advising managers and employees on matters including absenteeism, performance concerns, and compliance with policies, practices, and applicable employment legislation. This position will investigate, research, resolve, and respond to a variety of employment-related matters. Including but not limited to, accommodation requests, absenteeism, interpersonal conflict and resolution, and involuntary terminations. The HR Advisor provides consultation and resolution guidance to promote a positive workplace culture. Serves as initial contact for inquiries into HR processes, company policies and programs, and workplace accommodations. The HR Advisor is a trusted member of the HR team offering on-site support as needed. This role will be a centralized role and a shared resource across Ardent.

This position is ideal for individuals with previous HR experience and are seeking to move into a HR Business Partner role in the future. The HR Advisor role builds on entry-level HR experience and knowledge by moving from handling HR transactional activity to guiding and supporting managers and employees in more complicated issues and concerns. Through hands-on experience and coaching from HR managers, the HR Advisor develops coaching and consulting ability on-the-job. The HR Advisor role leads to next step role as a HR Business Partner (HRBP) or opportunities to specialize in HRIS, HR Operations, and Center of Excellences (COE).
