POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Director is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Talent Acquisition, and administration departments at craft Health. This individual will ensure that all team members are in alignment with craft Health’s mission, vision, and goals. This role will lead HR activities within craft Health such as performance reviews, one-on-ones, and employee development.
Key fundamentals of this role include developing the trust and confidence necessary to help our team navigate sensitive hiring and performance management decisions, coaching and developing our staff, creating incentive and retention strategies, and elevating their personal leadership and compliance with state and federal employment regulations. The successful incumbent will possess a breadth of knowledge in these areas, as well as the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.
