POSITION NAME: Human Resources Manager
LOCATION: Tulsa, OK
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of HR best practices. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
