Job Description

Highly Concentr8ed is a leading manufacturer and distributor of hemp-derived cannabinoid products, specializing in Delta 8 and other hemp derived finished products. We are on a mission to deliver high-quality, affordable products that exceed industry standards. We're seeking a Business Development Manager who is as passionate, motivated, and skilled, to help us expand our market presence and launch new product lines in nootropic and natural medicine markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Lead Generation: Generate hot leads through market research, networking, and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Hot Lead Channels: Identify new avenues for acquiring hot leads to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • High-Value Client Acquisition: Target, develop, and maintain relationships with high-value and strategic wholesale accounts.
  • New Product Line Launch: Lead initiatives to launch new product lines in the nootropic and natural medicine markets.
  • Market Penetration Strategies: Develop and implement plans for entering new markets and expanding current market share.
  • Sales Team Oversight: Directly build, grow, and oversee our sales team, ensuring they meet growth targets and maintain momentum in line with company objectives. Responsible for setting sales goals, guiding daily activities, and monitoring performance to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Team Training and Performance: Monitor retail & sales employee training performance and develop team skills necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Implement and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Revenue Growth: Set, monitor, and drive revenue targets for the company.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to align business strategies and objectives.
  • Joint Strategy Development: Work together with department heads to develop a strategy for increasing sales and awareness of our brands.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $55,000-$65,000
  • Commission: Commission paid on sales made

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
