We are looking to add a temporary Administrative Assistant to our team for 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of it turning into a full-time role. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of an organization by supporting management and/or the office team through answering incoming calls, distributing mail correspondence, and general duties such as filing, printing or photocopying, data entry and various ad hoc duties.

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight 50 lbs.; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.

WORKING HOURS:
Standard hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This position is on-site at the Baldwin Park Office.
