Looking for an administrative assistant/outreach coordinator. Part time and full time available. *DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET QUALIFICATIONS*

DUTIES:

• Assist PD day to day operations including staffing coverage/management
• Provide general information and support to visitors/prospective clients.
• Intakes/Tours, check eligibility
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Develop strategic marketing/recruiting strategies
• Work with different health facilities (SNF, Hospice, Senior Apartments/Centers, etc)
• Research/Create presentations
• Independently coordinate outreach and community events
• Develop and manage social media outreach programs
• Assist Administrator with day to day duties
• Other duties as assigned by PD/Administrator

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience as administrative assistant
• Outreach/Marketing experience required
• BA in Psychology, Sociology, or related field
• ADHC experience will be highly considered
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish or English/Chinese

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
