JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Sr. Director of Marketing

LOCATION: San Diego, 92101 (candidates must be located in San Diego and comfortable working onsite)

STATUS: Temp to hire POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas, activities, reporting metrics and the execution and organization of RFPs. The Marketing Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Senior Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing communication projects that include public relations, social media management, advertising, Google Analytics and overall brand cohesion and awareness. The ideal candidate will consist of someone who is creative with strong written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Marketing Candidate will report to the Senior Marketing Director and will be responsible for creating and delivering marketing initiatives including but not limited to the following:

• Creating and scheduling content for Social Media sites for multiple brands on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
  • Creation of content in Canva and scheduling through our CRM, Hubspot
• Create and budget for strategic social advertising campaigns with targeted demographics, A/B testing and provide feedback on potential improvements
• Work closely with our Business Development team to create target prospect lists, campaigns and sequences within our CRM, Hubspot
• Write blogs and utilize SEM Rush to optimize SEO and keyword targets for multiple brands
• Brand awareness liaison to promote and respond to reviews to Glassdoor, Indeed, Yelp and other relevant platforms
• Create reports by utilizing Google Analytics and provide recommendations for improvements on SEO and SEM campaigns
• Act as the Project Manager and technical writer for RFPs and update compendium upon completition
• Email marketing coordination with implementation of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns through our CRM, Hubspot
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, business cards and promotional items
• Assist in planning and executing social activities for internal staff

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or similar field
• Experience in staffing industry highly desired, but not necessary
• Experience in social media implementation and up to date on trends
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mind
• Experience in Photoshop and WordPress desirable, but not necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google AdWords a plus
• CRM experience (Hubspot) highly desirable
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills and receive constructive feedback

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington
