Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage the organization's social media strategy to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (Formally Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
Campaign Coordination:
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
Maintain content calendars and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
Utilize photography skills to capture high-quality images for product promotion and storytelling.
Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
Foster positive relationships with the online community and encourage user-generated content.
Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics, manage event materials, and provide on-site support as needed.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives.
Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results effectively to the team and management.
Retail Signage and Price Tags:
Design and create visually appealing retail signage and price tags that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the effective display of promotional offers, product information, and pricing in physical retail spaces.
Develop and maintain advertising campaigns on visual aids and TV displays within retail spaces.
Studio Kitchen Management:
Organize and manage the studio kitchen, ensuring it is well-stocked and tidy.
Collaborate with event coordinators to understand kitchen needs for upcoming events.
Ensure that kitchen equipment is in working order and arrange for repairs or replacements when necessary.
Departmental Organization:
Implement and maintain a systematic approach to organize supplies within the department.
Regularly assess inventory levels and reorder as necessary to avoid shortages.
Coordinate with team members to understand specific supply requirements and preferences.
Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and/or proven work experience in a marketing coordinator role or a related role
Proven experience 2 years as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in marketing software
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Canva
Digital photography using DSLR.
Photoshop
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Proficient in MS Word & Excel
Active Drivers License
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Time management
Excellent Judgment and decision-making abilities
Physical Requirements:
Repetitive arm and hand movements (e.g. typing, answering phones, etc.)
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Must be able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Communicating with others to exchange information.
Must be able to maneuver in/out of vehicle
