Purpose of the Job The Gift Card Business Operations Manager will be responsible for incubating and project managing business initiatives for our client’s Retail Payments and Activation team. This person will serve as the connective tissue to gather all necessary functional information in putting together business cases to support the OKRs of the business. This is a collaborative role that will work cross-functionally to drive business initiatives with the end goal of expanding payment access to users of our client’s app store. You must have exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills and be comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. At the same time, you should have a bias for execution and a high level of creativity and drive to constantly improve your area of responsibility. You must be comfortable communicating across cultural, country and time-zone boundaries. This will be a hybrid position based in Mountain View, CA. Key Responsibilities Project manage business development initiatives with cross-functional partners and business teamsHandle documentation, action items follow up and closureDevelop detailed work plans for projects and execute on work plans to deliver business goalsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholdersConduct thorough research on business opportunities and structure findings into presentation formatBi-weekly call management - setting agendas, managing calls, taking notes and driving action items with ownersQuarterly/Semi Annual Business Reviews - scheduling, coordinating feedback from internal and external partners, gathering key business performance metrics, and delivering reviews to leadership Knowledge, Skills, Experience BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience5 years experience in project and partner management3 years managing complex cross-functional projectsDemonstrated experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)Experience with presentations and developing business plansStrong partnership with the regional teams with technical capability, stakeholder management and strong communication skillsProven organizational skills with attention to detail. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives. #LI-KC1
