In this role, you will ensure that GFiber is making sound operational decisions to support growth at scale. Your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking adherence to process, is used by our leaders to make strategic market decisions as well as measure performance of existing initiatives and contract relationships. You will translate your insights into simple and intuitive communications directly to leadership and cross functional teams.

As a Business Operations Associate for GFiber, you will be the subject matter expert across the business, developing operational models to predict install and repair volumes based on business growth, assessing the operational impacts of changes to model inputs, mitigating operational risk through process monitoring and strategy changes, and facilitating operational reviews to report progress and outcomes to leadership. Additionally, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate progress, provide analytical support, and bridge communications between teams and business partners.

Job responsibilities:

• Own the end to end forecasting for the operations department (connected the dots from new build, to signups, to new customer installs, to repairs). Work with supporting analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and continuously refine forecasting processes and analytical models to centrally illustrate GFiber's operational staffing and strategies.
• Automate the roll-up of key performance metrics against approved plans for dissemination to GFiber executives. Provide regular updates on the status of approved projects under management. Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making amongst leadership.
• Engage with market and central teams across GFiber to capture new business efforts that may impact operations support. Drive the rollout, planning, and strategy of successful business operations processes through accurate and timely forecasting and assessments with those stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze information and synthesize that information to develop compelling, insightful recommendations, collaborating with operational leads.
• Create end to end models that expose how top of the funnel inputs will change operational pressures, and work with teams to make suggestions on how to adjust those levers or staff to account for the added pressures.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in a role focused on analytics, such as; management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in analytics and problem solving
  including modeling and presentation experience.
• Comfortable with SQL, expert with Excel/Google Sheets

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of financial or consulting experience.
• 2 years operational experience.
• Comfortable with dashboarding technologies akin to Tableau or PowerBI
• Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities and work with effective business judgment and thought leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner; as well as to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $106 K - $155 K bonus equity benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
