Heroes Trans is now looking for Dispatch Coordinator in the Phoenix and surrounding areas.

Job Description: -We are looking for someone who can manage drivers and act as a point of contact for the company. The Ideal Employee must: Be well organized, efficient and able to prioritize duties, be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy, Use sound judgment; make timely decisions and solve problems, possess exceptional follow-up skills, work well under pressure, knowledge of mapping or routing systems,

RESPONSIBILITIES: -On-going communications with drivers and clients Make road trips to focused location to increase business and quality Provide high customer service within Heroes Trans and with all clients. Update dispatch system with driver completions and notes. Be knowledgeable of all Desert Trans' contracts.

An Ideal candidate is familiar with Non-Emergency medical transportation in the Native reservations. We are looking for someone who is familiar with this kind of environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
