We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team to enable HHM's success by exemplifying service excellence in people management. As a member of the People & Culture Team, you will make a difference with full cycle recruitment, CARES-giver retention, benefits administration, payroll administration, talent development and employee engagement. Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:

  • Work alongside the People & Culture Leader to creative innovative People solutions
  • Partner with People Leaders on performance management and employee relations
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and retention projects
  • Coordinate all pre-hire, onboarding and off-boarding experiences
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Lead payroll administration
  • Maintain accurate employment records and manage data in Human Capital Management (HCM) system
  • Assist with People development initiatives
  • Work with a diverse employee team in the heart of N. Dallas.

What you need to succeed

To become one of our CARES-givers, you will have excellent employee engagement, strong communication skills, and promote service excellence. You will also have the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years related experience, healthcare experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment law
  • Experience working with HCM systems, ADP Next Generation highly preferred
  • Attention to detail and a have high sense of urgency
  • Experience supporting multi-site organization
  • Ability to lead and support change in a fast-paced and growing organization
  • Must display good judgment, maintains confidentiality, sound decision-making, and be able to work independently, as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 10% between health center locations
