We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist. This role will be in production support, needing a person who can address tickets/requests issues independently.
Responsibilities :
Consultant will need to have a very strong background in Absence and Time Tracking.
Consultant will also need to be comfortable reverse-engineering configuration to resolve production issues/errors in configuration.
Strong ability to analyze issues and develop corrections/remedies such as correcting incorrect accruals and incorrect time entries.
Ability to prepare and run EIBs.
Working knowledge of Workdays a MUST
Ability to document processes and procedures for processing activities
Able to coach and mentor internal staff
Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience
Absence and Time Tracking a Must
Work Independently
Strong organizational skills
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
