Job Title: HR Generalist with Recruitment Focus

Position Overview: As an HR Generalist with a Recruitment Focus, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle while also handling generalist HR duties. This role requires a strategic thinker who can attract, engage, and retain top talent, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.

HR Generalist Duties:

Provide HR support on a range of generalist functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to our culture, policies, and procedures.

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and positive employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
