Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through our inventory to find the perfect vehicle.

- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, features, financing options, and warranties.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable buying experience.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.

- Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends, new vehicle releases, and dealership inventory.

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless transactions and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong sales aptitude.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or automotive fields is a plus.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
