As an Insurance Customer Service Specialist at The Everette Agency and a member of our team, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by building strong relationships within our existing customer base, with potential new customers, and also in the community. You will apply on-the-job training and knowledge, as well as stellar communication and follow-up skills, to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance protection and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with Clients and Potential Customers
  • Identify Customer Needs and Recommend Appropriate Products and Services
  • Maintain Accurate Records of Customer Interactions and Transactions
  • Provide Customer Service Support to Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Identify and Qualify Sales Leads Generated from a Variety of Sources
  • Help Protect Customers by Offering Allstate Products That Will Meet Their Needs
  • Provide an Outstanding Positive Customer Experience and Grow Customer Rapport
Job Qualifications
  • No Insurance Experience Required (Customer Service and/or Insurance Sales Experience Encouraged)
  • Ability to Listen and Fact-Find
