Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Representative to join our team. As a Human Resources Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in various areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the administration of FMLA and other leave programs
- Support change management initiatives as needed
- Assist with conflict management and resolution among employees
- Coordinate workers' compensation claims and assist with return-to-work programs
- Manage social media platforms to promote employer branding initiatives
- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain employee data and generate reports
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Representative or similar position
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in using HR software systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
