Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative recruitment strategies to meet the firm's evolving needs.

• Employee Relations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations programs.
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.

• Performance Management
  • Oversee the performance management processes by ensuring performance reviews occur regularly.
  • Provide guidance to managers on the development of performance reviews.
  • Maintain the records of the reviews.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues and developing their teams.

• Compensation and Benefits
  • Manage and administer the firm's compensation guidelines.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.

• HR Policies and Compliance
  • Answer questions regarding HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters related to employment.

• Employee Engagement
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to measure and improve overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is helpful, but not required. Relevant years of experience in Human Resources above 10 years will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Relevant Human Resources certifications are preferred. (SHRM HRCI)
• Proven experience as a human resources leader with at least 8-10 years of progressive human resources responsibilities, preferably in the AEC industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other regular business-related applications
