Overview
The HR Intern will assist the HR team with compliance and administrative support. This position will learn behavior and competency-based interviewing skills and apply their findings to create interview guides for the Iovance Cell Therapy Center roles. In addition, there is an opportunity to learn about career progression and assist in creating career ladders and progression.
