The Heavy Civil Project Manager ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project feasibility and compliance with specifications.
  • Budget Management:
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and accurate financial forecasting.
    • Monitor and analyze project costs, identifying and addressing potential budget overruns.
  • Schedule Management:
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
    • Implement strategies to mitigate schedule risks and delays.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, contractors, and support staff.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Contract Management:
    • Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
