- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and accurate financial forecasting.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Implement strategies to mitigate schedule risks and delays.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, contractors, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Implement and oversee quality control and assurance measures to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards.
