Job Description
Provide project management support for local and regional automation controls projects and customers
Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for the internal team and for the customer
- Lead internal project team activities and address any issues
- Understand and manage project budget
- Update customer with regular communication
- Coordinate in house commissioning of projects
- Maintain all required project documentation
- Coordinate delivery of the equipment to customer facility
- Travel onsite for some or all of the installation and commissioning phases of the project
- Conduct project post mortem to review the lessons learned
- Local, regional, and possibly international travel may be required to meet customer project needs
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- 4 year degree in either business or engineering preferred but not required
Minimum Previous Experience:
- 5 Years as a project manager in a manufacturing environment (automation experience a plus)
Minimum Additional Training:
- PMP certification a plus
Other Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office including Project
