A well-established and highly reputable commercial electrical contracting company serving the Bossier City area for over a decade. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality electrical solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us continue to exceed customer expectations.
Position Summary: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating all project activities, managing resources, and maintaining client relationships. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in electrical construction management, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of commercial electrical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and resolving potential issues to keep projects on track.
  • Lead project teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships by ensuring high-quality work and timely project updates.
  • Ensure that all project documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee safety protocols and compliance to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial electrical construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
