Merit Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee key projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the services of our Structured Cable Team. Requirements:
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address concerns
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment
- Schedule and assign tasks to appropriate drivers, technicians, or field personnel based on availability and proximity to the job site.
- Act swiftly and efficiently in response to emergencies, accidents, or breakdowns related to projects during and after business hours.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- PMP certification, or ability to obtain the PMP within 6 months.
