The Greenville,SC home office of O'Neal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven history of successful project delivery for industrial and process design projects. This position will lead and coordinate various engineering disciplines to produce design packages for manufacturing and process industry clients. Candidates must have these qualifications and traits to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's of Engineering or related field and a minimum of 10 years experience in the EPC environment is preferred
- Experience developing manhour estimates and and prior profit & loss responsibility for project budgets is required
- Must be familiar with capital project cost control, budgeting, contract management, and proposal development
- Applicants must have professional presentation, writing, and client relations skills
- Extensive experience with process manufacturing and related mechanical systems, utilities, and facility engineering projects is preferred
- Active PE registration is preferred
