We are seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience with Heavy/Specialized Transportation Logistics/Project Management, Wind Transportation Logistics/Project Management or Engineering Project Management.
A Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the planning, procurement, execution, and completion of a project. The PM oversees the entire project and handles all aspects, including project scope and managing the project team and resources assigned to the project.
The candidate must be highly motivated, flexible, organized, able to process and apply new concepts and skills quickly, and possess good communication skills.

Project Manager will own project from planning to completion, to include:

  • Establish rhythm for project kick-off and lead all reviews
  • Create, own, and maintain project schedule, timeline, and budget
  • Manage Project Planner and allocate tasks
  • Work with various State and County permitting agencies Manage Project Team and Suppliers
  • Provide on-site support on high-risk logistics projects and moves
  • Support team on government issues and route issues, which may arise last minute Perform site audits as necessary
  • Prepare/Present customer facing presentations Prioritize "Safety First" for all phases of the project

Travel:

Travel will be required up to 25% to various sites throughout North America. This position may be remote, with periodic travel to HQ in Greenville, SC.

REQUIRED Traits:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field - background in business, management, budgeting & analysis, and/or engineering desired
  • 3 years demonstrated Project Management experience
  • Ability to travel (as needed); Travel up to 25%
  • Self-starter
  • Outside the box thinker with problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Microsoft Office proficient
