Project Manager/Estimator

Job Title: Sr Project Manager/Estimator
Location: Greenville
Salary: $180,000 - $220,000

My client is looking for a senior construction professional to help with the creation of a Greenville office. We are looking for a Senior PM/Estimator who has existing relationships with vendors and subcontractors to join this expansion. If that sounds like you, lets connect.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee high-end construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and budget control.
• Lead project estimation efforts, including material and labor cost assessments, subcontractor negotiations, and bid preparation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and teams to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to promote professional growth and project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and estimating high-end construction projects, preferably in residential or commercial sectors.
• Strong proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Knowledge of construction industry best practices, regulations, and standards.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus
