We are looking for (1) Project Manager who has a strong knowledge base and is capable of performing various aspects that are involved in residential remodeling. We are looking for someone with4 years of experience in building, construction, and management skills.

Requirements for this role include:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Training is occurring in Black Mountain, North Carolina, able to commute until training is completed.
• Able to safely use power tools.
• You must be able to work in various work conditions inside and outside with varying temperatures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while upholding our high-quality and ethical standards.
• You must be able and willing to build in the alignment of company processes and standards.
• Have a strong knowledge base of carpentry skills in all areas.
• Be able to lift 80lbs without help.
• Have strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills

Formal education is not required, but it is a plus. We will provide training and development as required to perform the job functions.
