Who we’re looking for:
We're searching for a strategic B2B product marketing leader with a proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market plans. You'll not only become the expert on both Gloat's buyer persona and our products, but also masterfully translate that knowledge into compelling messaging, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. As a strong leader, you'll inspire and manage a team of product marketing professionals while collaborating effectively across content marketing, field marketing, and event marketing to bring Gloat's product story to life in high-impact ways. This ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in enterprise B2B product marketing, a proven track record of successful product launches, a deep understanding of the HR buyer, and experience building and leading a product marketing function within a fast-growing organization.
This high-impact, high-visibility role reports directly to the CMO. You'll wear two hats: product marketing subject matter expert (internally and externally) and cross-functional collaborator, working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver business-driving initiatives.
SkillsGloat provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting total pay for this role is 210,000USD-245,000USD OTE.
