Requirements Operations Manager of Admissions , School of Continuing Studies - Georgetown University The School of Continuing Studies (SCS) seeks to foster a collaborative, innovative, and student-first culture shaped by Georgetown's Jesuit heritage and values. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions, the Operations Manager of Admissions manages the main admissions inbox and phone line. This person will be responsible for ensuring that prospective students who reach out to the Office of Admissions receive a response within 48 business hours. The Operations Manager is also responsible for processing application documents and managing conditional admission processes for SCS degree-seeking programs. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the admissions inbox, phone line, and application documents in a timely manner Maintain a solid knowledge of Salesforce/TargetX as it pertains to admissions operations Oversee the soft copy and electronic input of student application documents into internal Admissions drive and Salesforce/TargetX - including but not limited to the inputting and importing of English proficiency test scores, transcripts, evaluations, letters of recommendation, and other supplemental application materials Oversee the data integrity of the admissions office as it pertains to data entry and the ongoing maintenance of accurate student records; and provide regular feedback to Assistant Director to ensure the highest data integrity standards in the Admissions Office Manage conditional admission process and ongoing communication with admitted students Manage the general office supply and marketing material inventories for the admissions office Expand and maintain the admissions processing manual to support daily admissions operations and ongoing training Work with the Assistant Director to assign tasks to Admissions student workers as needed to support Admissions operations Collaborate with upper management on all aspects of admissions operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher One or more years of progressive experience in an organizational setting Strong knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with database maintenance Detail-oriented team player, and provide high levels of service Capability for leadership, initiative, and timely follow-through with minimal direct supervision Ability to communicate effectively, possess strong organizational skills, and to utilize procedural writing skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Work Mode: Telework.
