You will work at one of the country's top universities on a state-of-the-art campus located in the heart of the nation's capital The Operations Coordinator provides critical customer service as well as support for facilities management, security, and guest services coordination at the Level 1 reception desk of the SCS downtown DC Campus during a flexible, rotating shift. They provide reception duties, requiring excellent customer service skills while interacting with SCS staff, students, faculty and visitors. They greet and check in visitors, provide direction and answer questions regarding SCS operations and class schedules, and work closely with security and provide operational support to other members of the Operations Team, as needed. Areas of responsibility generally fall into the following categories: Customer Service Reception at Front Desk Administrative Support Facilities Management - Reporting of Issues External Event Support Qualifications High School diploma Up to 2 years of relevant experience required - note: equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered Strong organizational and communications skills - both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Collaborative approach and a team orientation Positive attitude and creative thinking Strong customer service experience Availability and willingness to work a flexible, rotating schedule - including evenings and some Saturday Preferred qualifications Bachelor's degree At least 1 year of administrative experience Higher education experience Work Mode: On-Campus .
