WHAT YOU NEED & THE HATS YOU WILL WEAR
As a senior member of the Revenue Function you will be a passionate and enthusiastic self-starter with a zest for dissecting challenges and transforming them into impactful programs.
This is a collaborative role as you will work with the extended Sales teams, Leadership, Demand Generation and Product teams.
You will also be innovative and agile with exceptional stakeholder and change management abilities as these are essential in this role.
You will be expected to lead the on-boarding of new Sales hires, empower client-facing teams with in-depth knowledge of Genesis Platform capabilities and value proposition, and develop training programs to support the achievement of Genesis developers' goals, both independently and by leading others.
You will have demonstrable experience in delivering this in previous roles and have solid examples of where you have equipped teams with the skills they need to thrive and deliver best-in-class enablement.
WHERE WE SEE THIS ROLE GOING
Currently, this is a small team so you will be required to be hands on as well as strategic. As you flex to design and drive modern enablement strategies and programs the role will grow in scope. Once you have developed, coordinated and delivered engaging blended learning solutions, innovative just-in-time training solutions, integrating modern instructional design, visual design, coaching, facilitation, and testing strategies you will gain the opportunity to add to your team and progress as the business scales. Working closely with subject-matter experts to design competency models that support skill-based learning frameworks and certification programs. You will lead communication with our internal learner community, ensuring Sales teams stay informed about vital go-to-market updates, campaigns, and enablement opportunities.
