2. General Description
The Gateway180 Business Assistant performs duties necessary to ensure effective office operations by assisting office staff and providing a diverse range of administrative support functions; tracks office supply and program budgets; assists in the completion of payroll and grant billings; compiles statistical data; maintains complex recordkeeping and filing systems; prepares forms, logs, and schedules. The position requires broad knowledge of administrative experience, discretion, solid technical skill, and a dedication to the mission of the Gateway 180.

4. Required Qualifications and Skills
· Associates Degree Preferred
· 2 to 3 years administrative experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Exhibit strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
· Strong organizational, time and project management skills
· Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task, and manage competing deadlines with attention to detail
· Self-motivated and ability to work independently
· Quick learner with ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while adapting quickly to changing needs of the organization
· Demonstrated interest and passion for Gateway180’s mission to provide education, support, and advocacy for those individuals living with a mental health condition, their family, and friends
· Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Databases, and social media platforms
· Non-profit experience is preferred
· Knowledge of Gateway180 programs and services is preferred
5. Occupational Health and Safety
All Gateway180 employees are responsible and accountable for:
· Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control.
· Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety.
· Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace.
· Correct utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment.
