Overview

GaN Corporation has an immediate opening for a Junior Proposal Manager to work with the Business Development Team under direct supervision to edit proposals and support other business development efforts.

Responsibilities

The Junior Proposal Manager will:

• Work with Senior Proposal Managers to write, assemble, and edit content for proposals and white papers.
• Edit final version of proposals and white papers.
• Support capture and proposal effort as required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Technical Writing, English, or related degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent writing, editing, and grammatical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex topics and present technical information in clear, concise text
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Business Development processes such as the Shipley Proposal Process
• Experience in Government contracting terms and principals

Special Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation
