Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Proposal Coordinator/Writer Intern. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in proposal coordination and writing, providing valuable insight into the proposal development process. The intern will play a vital role in gathering information on Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), presenting findings to the team, and assisting in the proposal writing process.

Responsibilities:

- Research and gather information on RFQs and RFPs from various sources.

- Compile and present relevant data and requirements to the proposal team.

- Assist in the development of proposal strategies and themes.

- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and solutions.

- Contribute to the creation of proposal outlines and schedules.

- Draft proposal sections, including executive summaries, technical approaches, and project descriptions.

- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, coherence, and compliance.

- Coordinate with team members to gather input and feedback for proposal development.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and address inquiries.

- Maintain organized files and documentation related to proposal development activities.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience with proposal development or writing (preferred but not required).
